A dad keeps his family in the dark about why they’ve suddenly hit the road, crisscrossing the American West on what looks like a spur-of-the-moment adventure. As they visit dusty towns and scenic overlooks, the father’s secret weighs heavier—each stop isn’t random, but a deliberate step toward a hidden destination. The trip’s carefree surface hides a deeper, more urgent purpose he’s not ready to share.
