In a distant future, a brutal warrior skilled solely in combat discovers a pathway into a society of weary immortals, who are the last guardians of human civilization's accomplishments. As he navigates this strange world, he challenges their stagnant existence and ultimately uncovers profound truths about life, death, and purpose. The encounter forces both the savage and the immortals to confront their beliefs and the value of human experience in a universe that has long since lost its vibrancy.
