Gwen, a personal shopper, takes on a challenging new client, Charlie, a busy single dad who prioritizes work over family. During a package delivery, she encounters Charlie’s young son, Owen, and feels a pang of sadness at their lack of connection. Inspired to change this dynamic, Gwen sets out on a heartfelt mission to rekindle Charlie's appreciation for his family and the true spirit of Christmas. Through festive surprises and thoughtful gestures, she hopes to transform not just their holiday, but their relationship as well.
