Walerian Borowczyk's short film presents a seemingly innocent concert led by the mild-mannered Monsieur Kabal and his formidable, spiky-haired spouse. However, beneath the surface of this musical performance lies a chaotic battle, as the couple engages in a series of increasingly violent antics aimed at one another. Their comedic yet alarming attempts to inflict harm reveal a darkly humorous dynamic, turning the concert into a twisted showcase of their tumultuous relationship. The juxtaposition of music and mayhem creates a unique viewing experience that lingers long after the final note.
