Glen or Glenda

A psychiatrist presents two intertwined narratives exploring gender identity. One story follows Glen, a trans woman navigating societal expectations and personal acceptance, while the other delves into the life of a pseudohermaphrodite grappling with their unique condition. Through these poignant tales, the film examines the complexities of gender and the struggles individuals face in a world that often misunderstands them. Blending drama with a touch of surrealism, it serves as an early commentary on themes of identity and acceptance, making a bold statement for its time.
