Exploring the often-overlooked foundations of contemporary society, this documentary delves into the intricate relationship between violence and governance. While daily life is predominantly characterized by peaceful exchanges, a significant underlying force disrupts this harmony. The state exerts its influence through the persistent threat of coercion, effectively monopolizing the power to legislate and enforce laws. By stifling competition to its authority, the film critiques the structures that uphold this dominance, prompting viewers to reconsider the balance between order and freedom in their own lives.
