Plan Bart is a romantic comedy that explores the clash between youthful aspirations and the obligations of adulthood. It navigates the tension between pursuing childhood dreams, like competing in air guitar championships, and the realities of parenthood, such as changing diapers and juggling bottles. The film humorously contrasts the carefree act of "having sex" with the more intimate experience of "making love," highlighting the challenges that come with growing up and the choices we face along the way.
