A charismatic showman arrives in a quaint coastal town, eager to unveil a one-of-a-kind cinematic experience. Amid the tension of the Cuban Missile Crisis, he presents a quirky horror spectacle that melds film techniques with theatrical props and performers in rubber costumes. This homage to B-movies not only entertains but also reflects the era's anxieties, as townsfolk find themselves captivated by the outrageous blend of camp and creativity. The excitement builds, revealing how art can both mirror and escape from reality during turbulent times.
