Ghost Dance

Ghost Dance navigates the intertwining realms of memory, ghosts, and the past through the journeys of two women in Paris and London. Central to the narrative is French philosopher Jacques Derrida, who reflects on cinema's ability to resurrect the spectral and explore what lingers in our minds. He suggests that true cinema transcends mere entertainment, allowing the echoes of history to resurface. Memory, as he posits, represents a past that has never truly taken shape in the present, inviting viewers to consider how the remnants of experience shape identity and perception.
