Xiao Ma, deaf since birth, and his daughter Mumu share a world built on silent understanding. Mumu, wise beyond her years, acts as her father's ears and voice—translating, negotiating, and helping him find work in a world that ignores him. But as Mumu grows, she must step into the hearing world, threatening to break their fragile bond. When a ruthless gang targeting the deaf sets its sights on Xiao Ma, his desperate need to shield his daughter pulls him into a dangerous spiral, dragging him toward a criminal abyss he never imagined.
