A small-town pastor grapples with despair alongside his ailing wife and child when an enigmatic stranger arrives, bringing a glimmer of hope. Inspired by William Sirls' novel, the story unfolds as the family confronts their struggles and seeks answers to life's profound questions. Sirls collaborates with Aviv Rubinstein and Richard Clark Jr. to adapt his work for the screen, weaving a tale of faith, resilience, and the transformative power of belief. As the characters navigate their trials, the film explores the delicate balance between despair and hope in the face of adversity.
