A brief, tender portrait blending poetic street scenes with intimate conversations, this short film celebrates Nelson Antônio da Silva—the celebrated samba vocalist and songwriter. His chosen surname, Cavaquinho, nods to the compact, guitar-like instrument he wielded to craft his melodies. Through gentle observation and heartfelt dialogue, the piece captures the soul of a musician whose art and identity are inseparable from the small strings he strummed.
