Set in 1920s Paris, Marguerite Dumont is a wealthy socialite devoted to music and opera. Despite her fervent passion, her singing is painfully off-key, a truth her husband and friends have kept hidden to spare her feelings. Their encouragement fosters her delusions of grandeur, but everything changes when Marguerite decides to perform in front of a real audience at the Opera. The moment she steps into the spotlight, her dreams collide with harsh reality, leading to a poignant exploration of ambition, friendship, and the complexity of truth.
