Dave Lizewski, a typical high school student with an obsession for comic books, takes a leap into the extraordinary by trying to become a superhero. Lacking any special abilities, training, or a compelling motivation, he dons a mask and ventures into a world of crime-fighting. His journey is both comical and dangerous as he faces the reality of vigilantism, encountering both allies and formidable foes along the way. With his quirky determination, Dave's escapades challenge the boundaries of heroism and what it truly means to make a difference.
