A tribute to George Harrison, The Concert for George took place at London's Royal Albert Hall on November 29, 2002, marking the first anniversary of his death. Organized by his widow Olivia and son Dhani, with musical direction from Eric Clapton and Jeff Lynne, the all-star event raised funds for Harrison's Material World Charitable Foundation. Captured with discreet cameras from over a dozen vantage points, the concert not only celebrated Harrison’s legacy but also aimed to further his charitable efforts, with proceeds benefiting the foundation he established.
