In a city where public virtue masks private decay, Casablanca hides a shadow world. Karim and Adil, two young men chasing elusive dreams, navigate a landscape of domestic brutality, cheap liquor, and darker temptations. Their friendship is tested as they scrape by, caught between the promise of a better life and the crushing weight of their surroundings. This Moroccan-Norwegian tale pulls back the curtain on the vices that fester beneath the surface, following two friends as they fight to survive a city that offers them everything—yet gives them nothing.
