Mutia, a real estate agent, clashed with her mother, Retno, over her career choice, which had nothing to do with her pharmacy degree. Frustrated, she moved out to prove she could thrive on her own terms. Three years later, she lands a promotion to general manager—but only if she can clear the land where her mother’s house and cake shop stand. Now Mutia must return home and confront the mother she’s avoided for years, torn between ambition and unresolved family wounds.
