A chilling serial killer stalks the streets, leaving behind a grim collection of victims that unearths the troubled history of two brothers. Their complex relationship is further complicated by a woman's affection for both men, adding layers to the tense narrative. Despite featuring recognizable actors, one of whom passed away in 1997, the film's lengthy seven-year delay before release raises questions about its quality. The intertwining of love and darkness creates a gripping backdrop, but the film struggles to rise above its troubled production history.
