Lincoln City is home to people with unique abilities, yet they struggle in poverty while facing a heavily armed police presence. Connor, a construction worker gifted with powers, finds himself drawn into the world of crime to secure medical treatment for his sick mother. As he navigates this dangerous path, tensions rise between the oppressed powered individuals and the oppressive authorities. Inspired by the 2016 short film "Code 8," this gripping narrative explores themes of desperation and survival in a society that marginalizes those with extraordinary gifts.
