Life in the Doghouse chronicles the heartfelt journey of Ron Danta and Danny Robertshaw, partners in both love and their mission to save dogs. The devastating aftermath of Hurricane Katrina ignited their passion, prompting them to transform their home into a refuge for the countless abandoned animals. Over the decade that followed, their makeshift sanctuary blossomed into Danny & Ron’s Rescue, where they have compassionately rescued and cared for more than 10,000 dogs. Their story is a testament to love, commitment, and the profound impact one can have on the lives of those in need.
