Bluefin

Bluefin dives into the heart of North Lake, Prince Edward Island, known as the "tuna capital of the world." Filmmaker John Hopkins investigates an intriguing phenomenon: bluefin tuna, typically cautious around humans, seem unusually unafraid. Local fishermen and scientists provide a range of theories to explain this strange behavior. Amidst their contrasting views, one fact remains undeniable: the unexpected return of these massive fish contradicts scientific reports indicating that their population has dwindled by 90%. The film captures the tension between nature’s mysteries and human understanding in this captivating marine drama.
