Stefan, a migrant laborer in Brussels, is eager to return to his mother in Romania. As he prepares for his journey, he strengthens ties with family through shared bowls of homemade soup and engages with the diverse community around him. His adventure unfolds as he immerses himself in nature, ultimately forming a surprising bond with Shuxiu, a Chinese-Belgian bryologist researching the area's moss. This exploration not only deepens his roots but also opens his heart to new relationships and experiences along the way.
