After a late-night return with her boyfriend Jerry, Christy Murphy faces the consequences at home. Her parents decide to send her to the Academy of the Blessed Virgin, a Catholic school overseen by well-meaning yet stern nuns. As Christy navigates the challenges of strict discipline and new friendships, she learns valuable lessons about faith, responsibility, and her own identity. This unexpected journey through the academy not only tests her rebellious spirit but also leads to personal growth and self-discovery amidst the nuns' rigid expectations.
