Dominick and Eugene, a pair of twins, navigate life with a unique bond shaped by Dominick's mental challenges resulting from a childhood accident. While Dominick works as a garbage collector to support Eugene’s medical aspirations, their relationship becomes increasingly complicated. Eugene faces a critical choice: remain with his brother or pursue his medical training away from home. The situation is further complicated by Dominick’s co-worker and Eugene's emerging romantic interests, forcing both brothers to reassess their priorities and the depth of their connection.
