Tabula Rasa

Following the devastating 1950 flood in Winnipeg, Fernand navigates the desolate remnants of his once-vibrant city, burdened by despair. As he drifts aimlessly through the submerged ruins, his estranged wife seeks solace in prayer for the lost souls of Saint-Boniface, grappling with her own grief. Their parallel journeys through sorrow and disconnection highlight the emotional toll of tragedy, as both characters confront their pasts while searching for a glimmer of hope amidst the devastation. The haunting atmosphere encapsulates the struggle for redemption in a landscape marked by loss.
