In the small town of Cameron, a traumatic encounter with a savage beast leaves Charlie Cowley haunted by the death of his brother, Scott. Seven years later, Charlie’s nephew, Derek, takes a weekend trip with friends to an isolated cabin at Fire Road 13, seeking a wild party. Their celebration turns deadly when a monstrous creature begins to stalk and slaughter them. As the chaos unfolds, Derek and his friend Sam suspect that Derek's stepfather, Mitchell, is the werewolf responsible.
