A struggling movie director encounters his former math teacher, who proposes a provocative concept: the Devil claims Earth is hell. Initially dismissive, the director soon finds his skepticism challenged as the lives of his friend—a tormented writer—and the young prostitute he loves unfold in ways that eerily mirror the teacher's dark assertion. As their stories intertwine, the director grapples with the unsettling implications of this grim vision, questioning the very nature of reality and morality.
