Amid the chaos of World War One, an English adventurer teams up with an American elephant poacher and his beautiful daughter to sabotage a German battle-cruiser docked for repairs near Zanzibar. Their daring mission unfolds against a backdrop inspired by the real-life sinking of the SMS Königsberg in 1915, as chronicled in Wilbur Smith's novel. As the trio navigates danger and deception, their quest becomes a thrilling race against time, blending adventure and romance in a world at war.
