When Brazil’s government froze nearly all its citizens’ savings overnight, ordinary people found their worlds turned upside down. The film follows a handful of these individuals—workers, dreamers, and families—as they struggle to reclaim what was taken from them. Amid bureaucratic chaos and mounting despair, their personal battles reveal the profound cost of a decision that reshaped a nation’s trust, leaving them to question what remains when everything they’ve built is suddenly gone.
