Surge: Chapter 1 - Hydrocene

Set in 2037, following the aftermath of the "Pacific Massacre War," the world grapples with a critical shortage of both weapons and fresh water. In this desolate landscape, mech-suits and bio-enhancements have emerged as the dominant means of power. As society struggles to adapt, a manufactured substitute known as Hydrocene has taken the place of natural water, raising questions about its origins and implications. The struggle for survival intensifies as factions vie for control in a world where resources are more precious than ever.
