Three ex-political prisoners share their harrowing experiences from the Soviet-era Perm-36 prison camp. Now transformed into a museum, they revisit the site to take part in the “Pilorama” Forum. As they reflect on the past, the camp serves as a mirror, illuminating the lingering struggles of contemporary Russian society still grappling with the echoes of the Soviet Union's collapse. Their stories reveal the profound effects of oppression and the ongoing quest for freedom and truth in a nation wrestling with its historical burdens.
