After circling the globe, Nina and Mathieu land on an island to celebrate midsummer with their friends. As the long, luminous days stretch on and the natural world begins to assert its quiet rhythm, the couple is forced to face the hollowness lurking beneath their desires. What was meant to be a carefree reunion slowly turns into an unsettling reckoning, where the passage of time and the stillness of the landscape expose the fragile illusions they've been carrying with them.
