In "Just Cause," a Harvard professor, after a long hiatus of twenty-five years, is drawn back into the legal arena when he takes on the defense of a young Black man sentenced to death for the brutal murder of a child. As he delves deeper into the case, the professor uncovers unsettling truths and challenges the biases within the justice system, all while grappling with his own moral dilemmas. The gripping narrative explores themes of race, justice, and the quest for redemption in a flawed legal landscape.
