Using grainy, sun-bleached Super 8 film, this story reimagines the infamous Manson Family murders as unsettling home movies. The camera lingers on lazy afternoons at the ranch, capturing the cult's eerie, playful intimacy. But the idyllic warmth curdles as Charlie's hypnotic grip tightens. The footage turns jagged and chaotic, documenting the night of terror at 10050 Cielo Drive. What begins as a nostalgic, homemade diary transforms into a chilling artifact of a family's unraveling, preserving both their love and their monstrous descent into violence.
