The Vatican Exorcisms

Joe Marino, an American filmmaker, ventures to Italy to explore the intriguing world of exorcisms. Teaming up with Padre Luigi, a genuine exorcist, he journeys through southern Italy, a region where the lines between the sacred and the profane blur. Here, Christian traditions intertwine seamlessly with ancient pagan practices, revealing a rich tapestry of belief and ritual. Marino’s quest uncovers not just the spiritual battles faced by those possessed, but also the cultural significance of exorcism in a land steeped in both reverence and superstition.
