Shot through the distorted lens of a doll, Black Daruma blends dark humor with psychological horror. The story follows an unemployed man seeking to turn his luck around by acquiring a Japanese 'luck doll.' However, instead of bringing him fortune, the doll becomes a catalyst for chaos, leading to a series of increasingly unsettling events that unravel his life. As the line between reality and madness blurs, the film explores themes of desperation and the unexpected consequences of seeking change.
