In the upscale Istanbul neighborhood of Nisantasi, where wealth and beauty mask inner emptiness, architect Can, 52, and his wife Ela—an artist whose creative spark has faded—drift through a comfortable yet passionless marriage. With their daughter Nil away studying in Ankara, the couple settles into a routine that demands nothing deeper than surface-level coexistence. Their predictable equilibrium shatters when Ela accidentally overhears Can on a phone call, exposing a hidden truth that threatens to upend their carefully constructed domestic peace.
