In Chicago, a stage actress finds herself caught between her fierce ambitions and a mind that's slowly coming undone. The demands of her career press in on her from every side, while her mental state grows increasingly fragile. Each performance, each audition, each rejection takes its toll as she fights to hold herself together. The line between her craft and her collapsing inner world blurs, leaving her to wonder how much of herself she can sacrifice before there's nothing left to give.
