Natalie navigates the complexities of love, sexuality, and self-discovery in this vibrant musical comedy. As she grapples with her relationship with Matt, her boyfriend, and Christian, her best friend, the film captures her emotional journey. Drawing inspiration from the classic musicals of Ernst Lubitsch, the story seamlessly weaves original songs into the narrative, enriching the characters' experiences rather than overshadowing them. With seven-and-a-half live-recorded tracks composed by Schopmeyer and performed by local musicians, "Yellow" offers a unique and engaging exploration of modern romance.
