On a remote island, a determined female election agent teams up with a no-nonsense soldier carrying a rifle to gather votes from the wary locals. Their mission meets with uneven results—some residents greet them with suspicion, others with grudging cooperation. As they navigate the island's rugged terrain and tangled loyalties, the pair must balance persuasion with protection, discovering that winning hearts is just as tough as winning the ballot.
