The Dirty Three stand out as iconic figures in Australian rock and roll history. Emerging from the vibrant and collaborative music scene of the 80s and early 90s, they formed out of a desire to make ends meet. This band carved out a niche in instrumental rock with their intense, cathartic, and often tumultuous sound. In just a few years, they gained both local and international acclaim, taking their music beyond Australia’s borders. Even now, the Dirty Three continue to tour globally, viewing their art as a dynamic entity that they are honored to nurture and protect.
