In the summer of 1948, two young brothers find themselves abandoned by their mother and escape into the depths of a forest, where they forge a life of survival against the odds. Isolated from the outside world, they navigate the challenges of nature and their own evolving relationship over seven transformative years. Their bond deepens as they learn to rely on each other, confronting both the wilderness and the emotional scars left by their past. As they grow, they must decide what it means to be free—and what they truly want from life.
