Escape from Zahrain

Political leader Sharif, portrayed by Yul Brynner, escapes imminent execution when a group of devoted loyalists, led by Sal Mineo, liberate him from a police van. The daring escape takes them into the unforgiving Arabian desert, pursued relentlessly by law enforcement. The cast shines, with Mineo exhibiting his dramatic prowess alongside Jack Warden, who delivers a memorable performance as a crooked oil employee. Anthony Caruso embodies a menacing villain, while the often-overlooked Madlyn Rhue brings depth as a nurse who finds herself emotionally entangled in the tense situation, elevating the film's intensity.
