Political satire takes center stage in this sharp, comedic thriller. Sean Connery plays Patrick Hale, a TV newsman plunged into a whirlwind adventure to locate two suitcase-sized nuclear bombs. As he navigates a tangled web of espionage, government deception, and media manipulation, Hale encounters hidden microphones, spy satellites, and the murky depths of political corruption. With fast-paced twists and darkly humorous undertones, the film explores the chaotic intersection of power and media in a world where everything is for sale, including national security.
