A recently paroled convict aims to enhance the living conditions at a troubled boys' reform school, but his noble intentions threaten the corrupt warden, who has been siphoning off funds. Desperate to maintain his grip on power, the warden devises a scheme to undermine the convict's efforts and ensure his return to prison. To execute this plan, he intensifies his oppressive measures against the school's troubled inmates, setting the stage for a fierce confrontation between justice and corruption.
