Years after escaping the Unification Church that shaped her early life, filmmaker Cara Jones confronts the shadows of her past. Through a deeply personal lens, she explores the indoctrination and trauma she experienced within the cult. As Cara revisits her upbringing and the impact it had on her identity, she seeks to understand the complexities of faith, freedom, and healing. This introspective journey not only reveals the struggles of breaking away but also highlights the resilience required to forge a new path in life.
