Three intertwined tales explore the essence of pleasure. In the first, a man dons a mask to conceal his age, enabling him to indulge in the joy of dance and romance. The second narrative follows Mme Tellier as she escorts her prostitutes to the countryside for her niece's communion, blending themes of pleasure with innocence. The final story features Jean, a painter captivated by his model, revealing the bittersweet connection between pleasure and mortality. Each vignette captures the complexities of desire and the transient nature of enjoyment.
