Elderly Mr. Takazawa, reliant on care from Haruko, a dedicated nursing student, becomes part of a groundbreaking trial for the Z-001—a high-tech hospital bed equipped with robotic capabilities, endorsed by the Japanese Ministry of Public Welfare. While the device promises superior efficiency and care, Haruko is skeptical of its ability to understand human emotions, fearing that technology can't replace the compassion essential in caregiving. As she navigates this complex relationship between man and machine, the story explores the delicate balance between innovation and the irreplaceable human touch.
