Talya Lavie's dark comedy paints a vivid picture of life for a group of young female Israeli soldiers stationed at a desolate desert base. Within the confines of their human resources office, these women navigate monotony, competing fiercely in Minesweeper and eagerly anticipating their return to civilian life. As they grapple with boredom and differing personalities, the film cleverly explores themes of commitment—encompassing friendship, love, and duty to their country—infusing the narrative with humor and biting wit.
