In "The Caiman," Bruno Bonomo, a once-celebrated producer of B-movies from the 1970s, seeks to revive his career by presenting a provocative screenplay to RAI. The script delves into the life of Silvio Berlusconi, Italy's prime minister and media mogul, a figure shrouded in controversy. Despite Bonomo's enthusiasm, the sensitive nature of the subject matter leads even the public broadcaster to reject the project, leaving him to navigate the challenges of the film industry and the complexities of political representation in media.
